Y.M.C.A. WITH HIS MAJESTY'S CANADIAN FORCES ON ACTIVE SERVICE FOR GOD, FOR KING, AND FOR COUNTRY 2/ the bunch I came with often ask me things that they should know I am as ignorant of as themselfs I am writing this in what I truly belive is the most nerve disturbing place in Victoria & as I fraid a 1$ a month for the used of this place as a quiet place to read my drill books I am somewhat disgusted it is the reading & writing from of the YMCed up town & is full all the time of illmanered youths about 16 years old who are passing through it on their way to the Gim & the Baths in conection. The cause was the first batch of recuits from Cariboo who G thier behaviour had at that time won good oppinions & the reason of it was that I proposed the reception to our C. Ser. Magor who was only to pleased to cary out his part.
