I really was fed up - & we were quite alarmed about Mother that night - as I never saw her look so ill during a Raid - however we pulled through once again ! but the gunnery was very loud. Cy & I were watching it from the front door - of course. "We didn't ought to do it"! & just when I heard an engine coming I suggested going in - Cy says I missed the sight of a
