I cannot call you much, in spite of your [?], as it is not allowed and having to censor my own letters makes it all the more difficult. One could say a lot more if someone [?] had to do it and at the same time I am glad I do it myself, as it would limit one very much in what one had to say about other things, in fact ones letters would become somewhat frigid. We got fired on by 7 of our [?] on our way up here, and they got unpleasantly close for about 10 minutes, before they discovered their mistake. Luckily the [?] [?] very [?] and they did not hit us, but one can [?] and [?] [?] sometime. I wish that I could tell you more, but there have been such informal [?] about people saying too much that it is not good enough. Sorry to disappoint you. You have not said anything about the [?]. I did not get it as, far as I know, you may not [?] loss of [?] [?]. Was [?] [?] from [?] now [?] of you [?] [?] I regret to say that you will have to wait [?] [?] [?] there again. I had a lot of [?] while I was there and took a good many [?] trying to learn [?], I gave it up as I am much too [?] and have got no eye for it, but at is grand fun while you are [?] on your [?] back.
