My dear Crease:- I received your personal note of the 20th, instant, and was very glad indeed to hear from you. I had always intended writing you, but thought that something would turn up in a business way long before it did; however, at the first opportunity to have anything done in Victoria, I of course thought of you, and it was very gratifying to me to find-as of course I expected-the position which your firm occupies in Victoria,
