Sir,

In view of loss of Sergt Gillespie and of fact that there is no corporal in the platoon, I think that Acting Sergeant Morris should rejoin his platoon.

I should like to add that L/Cpl Gwin has been doing very well and has shown capacity for lead work as well as being faithful , steady & reliable. L/Cpl Smith has also given great satisfaction under all circumstances.
