[?] Bde Ch Parade & memorial service for [Lt] [Kitchener] - Afterwards with [Pocock] walked to Ashford 8 1/2 miles. I had splendid lunch at [Sarauers] Head. [?] Kenneth Mccullum - after cruising about walked part of the way back and then took bus. Had tea in [S?llinger] with Howard & McKenzie. v. pleasant day.
