Thurs 5th July - Parade in morning - P.T. - specialist training - Rode with Fred guard to les ais aux les Reitz.

Friday 6th - Major Latta came out last night - took over . Oliver & Rowan went to C.F.C . Smith went into line. Aldworth & hepworth went into line. Very fine. Carter , Hollis, Crawford, & McSpaddin returned from leave.

Sat 7 Major Kirkland came out. Training Co. 404 [illegible] went over to Bouvigny Buy Effles under Capt Briggs to Bde Training Divn under Major Reynolds.

Sunday 8th - Ch. Service at Divn. Gen'l Burstall attg

Sunday 9th July - Capt L Gordon went on leave. In pm. walked up to Von in support in Cite St Pierre. Very refresing being in Lievin & looking at Aupres & The Principle from rear. Lots of flowers & fruit.

Tuesday 10 : This night Bn moved up to L. Front.
