that the 29th has done well & I hear that its work has been highly appreciated by those whose appreciation counts most - We are living our lives at a high rate of speed, very much faster than at any other period of the war except perhaps the retreat from Mons.

I am absolutely well & my nerves in good order only a little fagged.

My reception on getting back to camp last night by all from the C.O. to my batman boy was one of those things that can never be forgotten.
