writing again, but I am sorry to say that the parcel has not reached me yet. I am not worrying on that score as one of the Canadian boys got a parcel yesterday which was posted in Halifax on Nov. 16. Your letters were of Nov. 25, Dec. 2, & Dec. 8.

We are now at our aerodrome some 25 miles behind the lines, "somewhere in France. We will be here for nearly a month yet before we go over the lines, as we are a new squadron and must learn to know this country at a glance. We are one of a small number of highly favored squadrons who are directly under the command of General Headquarters and won't have as much work to do as the Corps or Army Squadrons. Our C.O., Major Hubbard, is the senior major in the R.F.C. and there never was a finer squadron C.O. We all worship the
