I jollied him along and walked him around the deck and he came through O.K.

Well, Mother dear, there is nothing else to write of for the present so will say good-bye to you till I cable from England. Love to yourself and Dad.

P.S. I think you mentioned knitting another sleeveless vest. Thank you ever so much, Mother dear. If you can make it out of that soft kahki wool I would be glad. The grey one you knit me was rather harsh with a thin shirt.
