INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT FOR AN INDICTABLE OFFENCE.

Province of British Columbia, County of Yale.

The information and complaint of George Rothnie of the City of Kamloops, Chief of Police, taken this eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve before the undersigned one of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Yale, who saith that at the City of Kamloops in the County of Yale on the 8th day of February A. D. 1912 Ah Tom (Chinaman) did unlawfully keep an opium joint at 262 Main Street in the City of Kamloops aforesaid.

Contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided.
