said cities of Vancouver and Prince Rupert unlawfully did administer to the said Katie Stephens cocaine and other drugs with intention thereby to stupify her so as thereby to enable a man to have unlawful carnal connection with her the said Katie Stephens against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King His Crown and Dignity.

I hereby direct that Counsel neting for the Crown at the Vancouver Fall Assises, 1911, prefer the above Bill of Indietment to the Grand Jury.
