said cities of Vancouver and Prince Rupert unlawfully did administer to the said Katie Stephens cocaine and other drugs with intent thereby to stupify her so as thereby to enable a man to have unlawful carnal connection with her the said Katie Stephens against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King His Crown and Dignity. I hereby direct that Counsel acting for the Crown at the Vancouver Fall Assizes, 1911, prefer the above Bill of Indictment to the Grand Jury. Attorney-General.
