POLICE COURT.
(Before A. Williams, Esq., P.M.)

Vancouver, B. C., February 22nd, 1908

UNG WING, charged on the information of E. E. Robinson, for that he the said Ung Wing, at the said City of Vancouver, on the 12th day of February, A.D., 1908, did unlawfully with a certain loaded revolver shoot at Malcolm McLeod, with intent thereby then and there, to murder the said Malcolm McLeod.
Contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided.

Mr. J. K. KENNEDY, APPEARED FOR THE PROSECUTION
MR. JONES, OF MACDONNELLY, HENDERSON AND JONES, APPEARED FOR THE DEFENCE.
