CANADA: PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, District or County of Yale The Information of Praal-Horhchnah, Indian Chief of the Township of Spuzzum Indian Reserve, in the said District or County of Yale, taken upon oath, before me, the undersigned, one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said District or County of Yale, at Spuzzam, in the said District or County of Yale, this Sixteenth day of March, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, who saith that (he hath ust cause to suspect and believe, and doth suspect and believe that) Ah Quin, Ahec Fou, Ah You, Ah Wing, Joe, Ah Lou, Ah Lang, Hop Lee, Ah Kim, of the Spuzzum of , in the said District or County of Yale, within the space of Four days last past, to wit, on the Sixteenth day of March instant, at the Indian Reserve of Spuzzum, in the District or County aforesaid, did unlawfully trespass by mining and residing on the fore-shore of the Spuzzum Indian Reserve
