Tai Chong vs. Maguire

Let the Plaintiff Attorney or Agent attend me at my Chambers, at the Court

House, James' Bay, on the 3rd day of November 1878, at 12 o'clock, noon, to

show cause why the order made here on the 25th day of Oct. 1878 should

not be varied by [scratching ? ] the [rules ? ] of the [personal ? ] undertaking

of counsel for defendant and by ordering that the defendant shall place in

the custody of the [Regrotrat ? ] of this honorable court the food on hand and

unsold by him and also pay onto court. To [illegible] the further order

[illegible]such [sure? ] [to?] way he found one by approval.
