Reg vs Ah Jim [Surety?] of method of collecting tax see Assessment Act 1876 taken from Ontario Act see Revised Stats: but Vol 2 p 1849 . Suppose Constable had 2 warrants one legal & the other illegal and same person & arrest made and both two arrest be bad?
