And the jurors aforesaid [?] oath aforesaid do further present that afterwards to wit on the day and year aforesaid the said Ah Jim otherwise called Lumber Jim did make an assault in and upon one Noah Shakespeare and did then beat around and ill treat him the said Noah Shakespeare and then did other wrong to him the said Noah Shakespeare to the great damage of him the said Noah Shakespeare
