If the deceased was standing as shown on the plan he was in the wrong place

Mr Lyman explained that the position shown on the plan was from information given by the 4 men Bing Choy, Mah Sue, Leong Chow[?] and Ching Cong

By Manager Mr Chas Graham if the deceased was standing in the position as shown on the plan he would be out of his place and of no assistance in moving the rope

The tipple has been in operation 2 months

In my experience I never saw the rope form a loop was shown by Ching congs evidence.
