Q;- Did you talk this accident over with Mr Mitchell at all? A;- He asked me a question or two. He asked me if the car was going pretty fast.. Q;- What answers did you make to these questions? Did you answer his questions? A;- I forget. Q;- What was the name? A;- I just forget. Q;- Did you have any conversation? A;- Yes. Q;- Before you reached them? A;- About twenty-five feet, twenty or twenty-five feet I should say. Q;- And you replied ----- where these gates were from the draw? A;- Well, I couldn't answer the questions. Q;- Well, I think I may tell you. It has been stated here they are twenty feet six inches, that would make it forty-five feet? A;- Just a short time it was anyway. Q;- That would be forty five feet, do you mean you couldn't stop? When you say you could not stop, a man going five miles an hour in forty-five feet? A;- That is a question. Q;- What do you mean by that?
