Q; - The light you carried on the bridge with you?

Juror; - Was it moonlight at that time? A; - A very clear night.

Q; - You could see that swing by the other end on that bridge?

A; - I could see far over the bridge.

Q; - Mr Dodson, how far are those gates from the ends of the bridge?

A; - The south gates are twenty feet six inches, twenty feet six inches from the draw.

Q; - Do you that Mr Smith was in the habit of driving over the bridge at the same rate?

A; - I have warned Mr Smith.

Q; - How fast to you think he was driving over that bridge?

A; - I think he was coming over the level bridge about twenty five miles an hour.

Q; - Are there any notices posted on the bridge?

A; - There's a notice at this end of the bridge and at the other end.

Q; - A notice asking you to go slow? A; - Yes.

Q; - State any speed? A; - I think it does.

Mr Jackson; - How many lights on the gate placed in position? A; - Well, the light I swung is right in its center, center of the swing.

A; - Yes.

Q; - About what time? A; - About five oclock.

Q; - When did you put it out? A; - The next morning.

Q; - Lights at the other places Mr Dodson when did you light them? A; - Next morning.

Q; - Explain the position of the other lights, the other six?
