Feb 15th South Hook Fort, Milford Haven Owing to the Present Emergency Lieut F.C. Swannell AA Coy R.G.A. (S.R.) [crossed out] Has not been able to qualify in the prescribed manner for the issue of Armament Pay. [in red] AOG Has qualified I certify that he has attained a standard of efficiency in the duties of his arm equivalent to that which would normally entitle him to the pay , and the issue of Armament Pay is approved
