Blazing hot all day and plagued by hordes of 'blue bottles' - I am cook and achieve marvelous results by combining "Maconchie" CM & VRation. "Bully" & Peasoup Tablets. Order comes to cut niches for rifles - I get jumped on for telling Lieutenant that rifles, bayonets fixed in niches will be dangerous in case a wiring party has to suddenly come in over the parapet.
