I had a letter from [J.H.S?] last [week?] too, the first since he got back. he made a pretty quick trip out really (Letter was dated 8th Dec.) He must have been tremendously [backed to get?] back [ish?] is nice that he was so pleased with the way he found everything. as he put it "Everything looks No 1." + [Mai?] is a picture of health!"
