I sent the cable off yesterday & I regret very much I didn't send it off immediately I heard from the T.P.s, as it would have saved you some unnecessary anxiety. I am quite sure the old beggar is perfectly all right & when he feels inclined no doubt will let us know what he is doing!  I wrote you as soon as I heard from the T.P.'s must about 10 days ago now, too bad I didn't send off the cable then, as of course the long silence of him has caused us no little anxiety.
