I wrote Mother a long letter yesterday so haven't  a great deal to tell you. I have enjoyed my leave very much, the only draw back it has been much too short time just flies, one notices it especially in London as there is so much to see & amuse one. I have noticed that time is not the only thing that flies either in London. My pocket book has been rapidly getting thinner of late! However I have not touched my balance in the C.B. of C.

My dear Father

I wrote Mother a long letter yesterday so haven't a great deal to tell you. I have enjoyed my leave very much, the only draw back it has been much too short time just flies, one notices it especially in London as there is so much to see & amuse one. I have noticed that time is not the only thing that flies either in London. My pocket book has been rapidly getting thinner of late! However I have not touched my balance in the C.B. of C.
