My men have again been shelled after tea - Webb took me over to SAINS to see my late Battalion, the 10th D.C.L.I. Saw Major Bullen. Lieu Pethuif & Stanstreet & several of my old platoon. I was congratulated by Major Bullen & officers on the good work which they had some three military medals. I had a most enjoyable time, in fact, the happiest day in France. They are bound for YPRES. Good luck to them. Letter from Jessie, very busy. |
