I have told her how good you have been to me and she wrote back asking for you address. How glad I shall be to get back home again. I miss the Children's loving little ways moor than words can tell, its a long lane that has no turning so I must hang on and be of good cheer as far as circumstances will permit. Yes we recived a Xmas parcel from the Can Red Cross with the old Xmas pudding that every Englishman likes to see at Xmas in, I feel quite sure I shall spend the next one at home, I have quite a number of holidays to make up when the war is over Ive been saving them all up. I am afraid I must draw to a close as its nearly time for lights out and I am nearly to the end of the paper allowed so will wish you Au-Re-Voir and God bless you and may this find you and your friends in the very best of health and happiness Sincerely Percy.
