and the scout all at once thought of an important engagement he had and he done a few of these hair raising stunts and got away. for fighting is not there line. two fighting planes were on the way and Fritz he thought of an engagement he had back in Hunland. so he beat it last we could see of them our were being shelled by Fritzes Archies . That night I was going up to a concert at the Y when a Fritz came out of the clouds and straight for an other balloon. He went right through the barrage around it and brought her down in flames. In the afternoon the observer got out in a parachute but in the evening there was no body in it. Another scout tackled him this time and while he was keeping Fritz busy two fighting planes came out of the clouds right on top of him.
