broken when he got wounded but he had some pretty bad flesh wounds but nothing dangerous unless he got some complications such as blood poising his blood was not in very good condition at the time but I hope he is getting along all right - they get pretty good treatment as a rule and get well pretty fast big Jim McKenna was in Blighty with Sciatica Rhumatism but was supposed to be billed back to France but I haven't heard whether he is back or not yet. Corporal Charlie Howry & Ben Scobie & Bob Norrie & Ed Sandholm Russell Craig and Joe Lang & myself are still with the Forestry and are getting on OK. But Norrie was on leave to Scotland just got back a few days ago but he says that he had a good time while home but could'nt drink all the old Scotch
