for a whole month now. I expect to hear from Major Allen very soon about getting into his unit, and then perhaps I will get them to eliminate those [veins?] although the doctor says it don't matter, but I have to do something to waste all the time I can.

I miss the boys in France very much but my old side kicker is getting his leave soon and he will also go sick. A little rest is comming to a fellow after putting in the time that we have out there.
