can't be beaten.  I don't care who you compare them with.  You can ask them to do anything at any time + they will do it in the most determined + sturdy fashion.  They do now show any reckless light spirits only a complete disregard of difficulties natural or artificial.  When there is hard work in hand not a word is heard of grumbling or complaining.  All they ask is to be told all about it so they can understand just what they have to do + what it means.
