It seems that there is some conflict between the military authorities here (W.D.) in England & in France about this draft of officers of which I am one.

Twigg is second in command of a training co. of which McPhee D.S.O. is only a platoon commander - Low is given a company. Harold Notion another - our old adjt R. Ley is now adjt of the 30th.
