The Jurors for our Lord the King present that Chong Ching on the 12th day of July in the year of our Lord one  thousand nine hundred and thirteen near the City of Nelson in the County of Kootenay unlawfully did have illicit connection with one May Redcliffe, a girl of previously chaste character and then being above the age of fourteen and under the age of sixteen, ageinst the form of the Statute in such case made and provided against the peace of our Lord the King His Crown and Dignity.
