STATEMENT OF THE ACCUSED.
CANADA Province of British Columbia County of Kootenay
ING SOO
Ing Soo stands charged before the undersigned two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid this 16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve for that the said Ing Soo on March 14th at Fort Steele in the County of Kootenay did attempt to commit murder by shooting at Harry Spencer in the town of Fort Steele.
Usual warning is here read to the accused who states :-
“He had nothing to say.”
