The information and complaint of Joseph Walsh of Fort Steele taken this 15th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve before the undersigned one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Steele in the County of Kootenay, did attempt to commit murder by shooting at Harry Spencer, in the town of Fort Steele on the 14th day of March 1912.

Ing Soo stands charged before the undersigned two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid this 16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve for that the said Ing Soo on March 14th at Fort Steele in the County of Kootenay did attempt to commit murder by shooting at Harry Spencer in the town of Fort Steele.

Ing Soo stands charged before the undersigned two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid this 16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve for that the said Ing Soo on March 14th at Fort Steele in the County of Kootenay did attempt to commit murder by shooting at Harry Spencer in the town of Fort Steele.
