The information and complaint of William John Devitt of the City of Trail, taken this nineteenth day of February, in the year of Our Lord on thousand nine hundred and three, before the undersigned one of His Majesty's Police Magistrates in and for the said City of Trail, who saith that D.C. Ray, Chinaman, murdered Lee Sing, Chinaman, at the laundry or wash-house of one Wing Wo, situate on Boundary Street, Trail, on the seventeenth day of February, instant, in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.
