-I last saw Sue[?] on the Monday or Tuesday previous the Wednesday . My impression is that the body of the dead woman is that of Sue [?]. I saw a large cut on the left side of the head and [?]. There was some men's charred clothing found in the said house . There was also a lot of old China boots(or shoes).
-To Mr. [?] I cannot say that I was ever able to recognize the body of Sue [?] after the fire. My impression is that the fire originated in Sue [?] bedroom toward the centre of the rooms and the floor on the outside of the bed is more burned than on any other part of the room . I  account for my breaking through the floor by its having been burned and I went through some distance.
