jury. Then & and there [of the] said inquest. Upon his oath aforesaid falsely, corruptly, [?] & wilfully before the said jurors so sworn as [?] and before the Augustus Frederic Pemberton so [???] forever [????] define & swear/attempt [this thing],/ in dis[?] & [?] the effect following [that is [?]day[??] that is the night of Sunday July 22 - AD1866.

He [illegible] Timothy was at the house of [illegible]He [illegible] Timothys sister & [illegible] suffer at of this [illegible] in [illegible]. of the [illegible] day, & did not during the said evening & night go afterwards  out of the house & that that he the said Timothy [illegible] went to sleep, & did sleep in the said [illegible]. The said [illegible] &[illegible] & the [illegible] morning of Monday the 23 day of July [illegible] AD1866 whereas in truth and in faith
