-We, the Jury empaneled and duly sworn to enquire into the cause of the death of Chow Wing, find that the deceased died, on the twenty sixth day of april nineteen hundred and nineteen, from injuries sustained by several full cars of coal running over him, near pit head, number four mine, he having accidentally fallen on the track.  according to the evidence no blame is attached to anyone but the deceased himself.
