The jury was duly sworn at viewed the bodies of all the victims except the last named on November 14th, and then viewed the same of the accident, afterwards returning to the Municipal Hall, South Vancouver, B.C. to hear the evidence. The stenographer was duly sworn.

Smith widow of the auto driver George Chaneller Smith, for the realtives of Kenneth Ritchie, for Mr Evans, and the estate of Arno Elbert Willcock: Mr S.A. Jacson, for Mrs Frank Keen and Mr Hutchinson; Chin Wah Gim for the estate of Chin Fat Jip; Mr A.E. Beck, for the estate of William Henry Walker and Mr D.
