9. It is the duty of foremen and head men before leaving to carefully examine the buildings and machinery in their charge; to see that everything is clean and in good order and in the event of anything not being in good order to make prompt report.

10. It is the duty of all workmen to see that their departments are kept clean, in good order and in repair, and to report immediately to the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Foreman any defects.

It is the duty of all employees to observe extreme cleanliness themselves and to report the lack of it in others.
