-Lee Sam Hock and Wing Fooh came to their death by drowning on board the steamer Enterprise in collision with the ssteamer R.P. Rither on the twenty eighth day of July 1885 off 'Cadboro' Point and that the collision occurred from want of care and skill in the navigation of the steamer Rither under difficult circumstances the master having left the steamer in charge of an ordinary quartermaster.
