Elsie takes Murphy & I to Richmond by bus then up river to Hampton Court by steamer. Go up river in a skiff - Elsie naive but thoroughly enjoying herself - have supper at Hampton - return by train to Waterloo. Thoroughly enjoyable day.
Go down town with Capt. Murphy & lunch with Young & Elliott in Manchester Square - Capt. & I get played out walking to Piccadilly & arrive home all in.
