No 4 London General Hospital

Haven't much idea what happened today.

Boarded again and given 10 wks. sick leave for Canada & 3 mos. unfit general service. Shrapnel concussion Festubert & shell shock. Givenchy, all aggravated by mental strain & overwork since - Neurasthenia.

Adventure for 1 h. with Capt. Murphy for Highgate, but are badly directed on trams & busses for 2½ hours. Spend ½ hour at the Youngs.

With Murphy go to Noakes lodgings on New River - and take tram trip in afternoon to Hill.
