M12 M13 to M10

Original Order to Maj. Peck Retaking of the orchard Festubert

No. 1 Coy will follow No. 3 at 150 yds all men carrying shovels.

Will move into wood at M12 and follow next edge of wood. They will then advance M9 and take M.10

When taken, will place in state of defence connecting with No. 3 on left

(This order caused 85 casualties out of the company - Capt. Peck gave me this)

Note M10 - Where the German MG's were in a ruined building - The platoon attacking this got here with 5 men left.
