Recess scooped out in clay for my back Door from ruined farm

Each of us dug a hole large enough for himself -just having time before dawn of the 19th May. To do this- we then worked the Traverses through by sapping with our entrenching Tools & Bill Guiney & I finished the trench between each other & rusited next night wood for head-cover
