Quarantined for measles and confined to barracks. march to Hythe in lieu of church. Witness some very frank love making this afternoon.

Route march 14 miles by Hythe, Westenhanger & Postling. Write Ada & George & receive letter fr. Ada.

Marched to Hythe range and put through rifle shooting, without the shooting. End day with route march. Receive our Webb equipment. Route march in morning, half holiday & night march, No 5 advance guard, self connecting file to scouts.
