Muriel Cator in eve. Toltie had a letter from Mrs Roedick fr Honolulu. The Meiers went out to see the Pfotenhauers at klotysche in p.m.

Aug 29. Recd. a letter from Bob, posted from Honolulu July 17th, & enclosing 103.95 (103.70£) To musicale & tea at H. Field's in p.m. miss G. Seward's bithday walking with Clarke in evening.

Aug 30. S. Went to the Engl. All Saints church in a.m. There was quite a good congregation, about 100. Prayers for King Geo. & the Royal family read & an anthem sung. A service was also held in the Ch. last Sun. 23rd. Walked to Gappeln & back with Herr & Frau Schoenfeld in eve.
