lived at Bergh Apton Manor for 400 years. Poor May & Marian Gory are now in rooms in Dorking having been turned out of their little house there.

My house here was sold this month & I shall be turned out next year as the owner wishes to live in it, unless the new Act is passed compelling landlords to give longer notice.

With very kind regards & hoping I may have the up to date copy of the Tree before long.
